The Maharani Convent School is governed by Public Rose Shiksha Samiti, Alwar. The samiti is a non-profitable educational society. The board of management of the society consist of distinguished and renowned persons from various fields. They provides valuable input based on their experience in running the school efficiently. Public Rose Shiksha Samiti was set up in April 1988 with an object to spread education in the field of teaching, medical and charity. Public Rose Shiksha Samiti is a society registerd under the Rajasthan society Registration act 1958 at Alwar Rajasthan with registration number 06/1988-89. Public Rose Shiksha Samiti started from humble beginning 35 years ago with a small number of students and now build a good reputation in city by its hard work and struggle. Public Rose Shiksha Samiti first established Sai temple in year 2000 with the blessing of almighty to develop spiritual atmosphere with educational devotion amongst all students and then the society started its activities by establishing Health and Hygiene nursing institute for GNM, 3 years diploma course intake 50 students per year. Alwar Nursing college for B.Sc. nursing, 4 years degree course intake 50 students per year. Thakur Durgapal Singh memorial B.Ed. college, 2 years degree course intake 100 students per year. Sai Charitable hospital which is 50 beded hospital providing all modern medical facilities in the field of allopathy, homeopathy and acupressure treatment. Dr. R.K. Singh pharmacy College for D.Pharma, 2 years diploma course intake 60 students per year.
